It was a beautiful day, so Eric took Silas and Nora for a walk in Frick park. Nora decided not to sleep and enjoy the beauty of spring in the park.

Saturday morning in Madison, Wisconsin means a trip to the farmers market! This was the first one of the season. It was sunny, but the wind was pretty chilly. We got to visit with our friends - the Highland Beef farmers - John and Dorothy. They were the very first friends Eric and I made when we moved to Madison back in 2003. It was really wonderful to see them.

Nora lost her umbilical stump today. She officially has a belly button - and Silas is super happy about it (he loves to poke people in their belly button).
